Q.  Who should I call if I lost my pool card?

A.   Email Maureen at bowaggee@aol.com immediately to report a lost or stolen pool card.  There is a $20 fee to replace a lost       or stolen pool card.


Q.  I went to the pool at 11:30 PM and my pool card did not work.

A.  We’re sorry, the pool hours are 6 AM to 11 PM


Q.  My pool card doesn’t work.

A.   Email Maureen at bowaggee@aol.com


Q.  I have to swipe my pool card several times to enter or exit the pool area.

A.  Do you have your cell phone and pool card together when you swipe your card?  There could be a conflict with the radio      frequency in your cell phone and your pool card.  Try separating your phone from your pool card and see if that works.
